The right of return applies to unworn, unwashed and faultless items in their original packaging. Care labels and annvi labels must not have been removed. We also ask that you do not remove any other tags from the product when trying it on. Please try on all underwear items, especially bottoms, over underwear only and avoid make-up marks. Washed or damaged items are not returnable.
Please always complete the enclosed returns form and be sure to include it with your return so that we can allocate your order.

We always ask you to fill out the return form enclosed in the package and return the goods to us in their original packaging. Please send the goods back to us with postage prepaid and keep the delivery receipt.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the value of the goods within 14 days. We will use the same method of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
You will receive confirmation of the refund by email.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods in transit. Please ensure that the goods are adequately protected during transit. We recommend a registered shipping method as we cannot refund for goods not delivered to us. We reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred for returns declared freight collect.
